Nigeria is a kaleidoscope of sorts, 260-plus languages, a country bedevilled by mutual suspicion between ethnic groups. It is so refreshing and assures of a beautiful Nigerian future to find a young woman from the south-east (which bore the brunt of the tragedy that was the Nigerian civil war) uniting our country through her artful and brilliant presentation of Nigerian cuisine. Her eye for detail, tact with handling comments on her blog, the sheer perfection of it all just make me shake my head in wonder. Nigerian?! Wow..
