Monday…. that’s the day we start counting down to the weekend. The weekend, the time we can go out, have fun and dance until the sun comes up. The only downside to these awesome weekends? The hangovers that follow. But what if we told you, that you could party every day of the week without becoming sleep deprived or having a nasty hangover. Yes, we are screaming inside as well.
Daybreaker is an event where you can dance until you sweat, network and have a great time. There are a few rules to these events though. They start at 7 am, yup you read that right, and alcohol is not allowed. These events are taking over cities like Los Angeles, Seattle and New York!
Matthew Brimer and Radha Agrawal started Daybreaker to bring people together. There have been more than a few success stories when it comes to meeting someone at these parties. Since you are not drunk, tired from a hard day’s work and surrounded with all these positive people, chances are you will meet someone special. Another fun twist to this already awesome and unique event are the special guests that attend these parties, the Supersprouts. So if you see a life size lemon, broccoli or carrot walking your way, go ahead and dance with them we know you want to! For the extra early birds there is a 6am yoga class will Lululemon.
There is no standing in the corner sipping a drink at these parties, which means the battles are epic! Fox’s Digital producer Kelly Taylor loves a good dance off, click here to watch her epic moves. If you worry about missing your morning workout or your favourite meal of the day, don’t worry. Since you are dancing, sweating and, who knows, maybe even kissing a fellow or a fella you are working out and having fun. Coffee, breakfast and a few treats to start of you day are served at the Daybreaker events so there is fuel enough to get though the day.
If you would like to attend a Daybreaker event near you make sure to check out their Facebook page. For more inspiring and trending stories make sure to keep following IntoConnection on social media. We hope to see you on the dance floor at 7 am!
